For Ich bin ein Verein | UPON UPON² UPON³, Marleine Chedraoui invited heads of art institutions to participate and write a text collage created by the artist on the wall of the exhibition space. This consisted of fragments of text collected by Chedraoui. The text was gathered from online publications from exhibitions of the respective participating institutions.
Despite accepting the invitation, the institution heads did not participate. The text collage that had already been created was appropriated for the work Relics Of The Unrealised Writing III. The text collage was applied to a banner in block letters with black acrylic paint. It is mounted at both ends on round wooden rods that are inserted into the holes of a stone block.
